Dench is a workspace for the AI agents you already use. Connect Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or any custom agent to share tasks, context, tools, logs, and approval rules.

Who Dench is for

Dench is for people who already use AI coding agents and want them to do more real work without losing visibility. Use Dench when you want agents to:
  • Pick up tasks from one place
  • Read the same project context and rules
  • Use connected tools like GitHub, Stripe, Linear, or Gmail through Dench
  • Log what they did
  • Ask before deploys, production changes, payments, or external writes

Agent workspace

Dench runs through dench.dev. Agents connect with the CLI. You approve each session in the browser.

Core features

Tasks

Agents claim work, update progress, and mark tasks complete.

Context

Agents read the same notes, decisions, rules, and workspace state.

Approvals

Agents ask before risky actions and wait for your decision.

CLI

Agents use dench-cli to connect, read context, log work, and request approvals.

External tools

Agents use connected services through Dench, with logs and approval checks.

Sessions

Each connected agent gets an approved session tied to your workspace.
Dench is currently in v0. The API and CLI are stable enough for daily use, but some features are still evolving.
